In close alignment with the Office of the CEO, Kenneth leads cross-functional initiatives to build the Enterprise Management system, establish authority and governance of the Corporate Planning Office, transform the PMO function, and drive commercial integration across the organization. His priorities also include implementation of the One ADEC Management Architecture.
In his previous roles, Kenneth distinguished himself as a dynamic senior leader with 30 years of proven success in corporate development, strategic growth, and operational excellence across the energy and technology sectors. He has been a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, mentoring emerging leaders and championing innovative problem solving under adversity.
Kenneth focuses on the well-being of employees, communities, and the environment while delivering on organizational priorities and mission objectives—values that align with ADEC’s mission and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Beyond work, Kenneth is an avid seeker of outdoor adventure and a firm believer that cycling can make the world a better place. He holds an MIM/MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), and a BA in Political Science, Modern European Studies, and Russian from Vanderbilt University.
