Victor Bannerman-Chedid is ADEC Innovations’ Head of Africa for ADEC Workforce Solutions (AWS), a role that includes oversight and coordination of all BPO sites across the African continent, as well as leading the Africa Next Initiative.
He is tasked with managing all AWS African operations, seeking to drive alignment, operational efficiency, and strategic growth across the continent.
Victor is a trusted leader in business process re-engineering, change management, business strategy, and digital transformation. His key objective is to find ways to create efficiency that leads to better business practices for an improved working environment. Throughout his career, Victor has used his skills to improve access to digital services, increase service uptake, and transform revenue generation.
People are the heart of ADEC Innovations, and Victor believes treating them with respect and dignity leads to positive commercial outcomes. He excels at listening and understanding the needs of the various ADEC business units, providing the necessary support in a timely fashion.
Victor earned his Bachelor of Arts in history from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. He is also a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing Nigeria (NIMN). In his free time, Victor is an avid street and landscape photographer who always travels with a camera, as well as a padel enthusiast.
